Barbara Glück, director of the Mauthausen Memorial (Austria) visited Gallery 11/07/95 today. She was welcomed and guided through the exhibition by the director of the Gallery 11/07/95, Tarik Samarah.
Mr. Tarik Samarah presented Ms. Barbara Glück with the parting gift – a “Srebrenica” book and the “Anne Frank” photograph, a limited edition of one of his photographic prints.
After the visit Ms. Glück stated:
“The photographs of Tarik Samarah are important evidence of the crimes committed. The Gallery 11/07/95 restores the faces of the victims and illustrates the social trauma.”
