{"id":2050,"date":"2017-06-09T10:03:51","date_gmt":"2017-06-09T10:03:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tariksamarah.com\/?p=2050\/"},"modified":"2017-06-13T13:08:28","modified_gmt":"2017-06-13T13:08:28","slug":"michelangelo-pistoletto-visited-gallery-110795","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tariksamarah.com\/en\/michelangelo-pistoletto-visited-gallery-110795\/","title":{"rendered":"Michelangelo Pistoletto visited Gallery 11\/07\/95"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Michelangelo Pistoletto, one of the most prominent artists today, accompanied by Manuela Gandini the curator of Third Paradise, his wife Maria Pioppi, Ambassador of Italy Nicola Minasi and a representative of the Embassy of Italy in BiH visited the Gallery 11\/07\/95.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tariksamarah.com\/app\/uploads\/2017\/06\/F7B1770-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"img-responsive alignnone\" \/>The founder of the gallery and author of the exhibition Tarik Samarah hosted the delegation through the Srebrenica exhibition, while the temporary exhibition of original posters Greetings from Sarajevo was presented by Bojan Had\u017eihalilovi\u0107, one of the authors and member of Design Trio Sarajevo.<\/p>\n<p>During his visit, Pistoletto emphasized on how: \u201cWe have to present a solution for a change. People have to understand that the memory is a key, but we also have to do something new, we have to find a new solution.\u201d He said how precisely this tendency which seeks the ways of how memory can be turned into something productive is visible in the Gallery 11\/07\/95.<br \/>\nTarik Samarah presented a monograph Srebrenica and one of his photographs as a gift to Mr. Pistoletto.
